Individual or Family Consultation
As a gluten free consultant,  I would like to be that person that helps you get started on a gluten free diet if you or your child gets diagnosed with celiac, wheat intolerance, or autism.     I’m available to assist people that need to be on a gluten free diet by:
  • teaching you which foods are safe.
  • making your kitchen gluten free.
  • offering recipes or helping you cook gluten free.
  • planning big events such as birthday parties or traditional holiday celebrations, and bar/bat mitzvahs
Benefits of my gluten free consulting services:
  • Reduce the amount of time and money that is wasted on gluten free products that are expensive and taste bad.
  • Tell you where to shop to find the best tasting products available at the most reasonable prices.
  • Teach you how to cook gluten free.
  • Teach you to look for hidden ingredients and to read labels.

I want to make your transition to the gluten free lifestyle less expensive and easier any way I can!

Cooking Classes
I have found some of the best chefs in the Greater Toronto Area to teach us the art of making great gluten free food. The following classes have already taken place;
Gluten Free Asian Cooking with Chef David at Akasaka Japanese Restaurant in Richmond Hill, where we learned to make gluten free dumplings, pad thai, spring rolls, and more.
Gluten Free Sushi also with Chef David at Akasaka Japanese Restaurant, where we learned to make gluten free sushi rice, hand rolls (basic nigiri with salmon, temaki spicy scallop hand roll, and kappa maki), and edamame.
Gluten Free Italian Cooking  with Natural Chef and Holistic Nutritionist Marni Wasserman in North York, where we learned to make delicious, healthy dishes including vegan caesar salad, new age minestrone soup, roasted garlic pizza, tofu cacciatore, pesto pasta, and sesame anise biscotti.
Gluten Free Indian Cooking also with Chef Marni Wasserman, where we learned to make date raisin chutney, rice chapatis, chickpea stew (Chana Masala), lentil dal, satsang ladoos, vegetable curry, and yellow basmati rice pilaf.
Gluten Free Latinitaliano Cooking with Chef Carl at Julia's Ristorante in Oakville, where we learned to make roasted apple sweet potato and carrot soup, beef tenderloin penne with mushroom and leek cream sauce, and dulce de leche crepes.
Gluten Free Cooking Class At Stir Kitchen Store in Burlington. These are hands on cooking classes in the commercial style kitchen of the Stir Kitchen Store in Burlington. I just did an introduction to cooking gluten
free class where the menu included minestrone soup, ceasar salad, pesto pasta, pizza, and chocolate chip cookies.  At the end of the class we sat down and enjoyed the meal we cooked and I answered any questions guests had about the gluten free diet. As well, guests attending the cooking class got to browse around the store and purchase items at a discounted price.

I am looking forward to many more gluten free cooking classes in the future!
